Judith Park Working Equitation - Crestmead

Judith Park Working Equitation (JPWE) is part of the Judith Park Equestrian Hub, which also includes pony club activities and carriage driving.

We are committed to training and learning about working equitation in a fun and supportive environment. We hold monthly club events and weekly social meetings, that allow members to catch up, practice aspects of working equitation, or simply go for a trail ride together. We also hold clinics with visiting instructors.

Based at the beautiful Judith Park, Crestmead, on the southern edge of Brisbane, the large park-like grounds have:

- a full range of working equitation equipment

- a club house and canteen

- permanent and portable dressage arenas

- stables

- a fenced sand arena with lights, for working equitation and show jumping

- covered and uncovered yards, round yard

- cross-country course, which was newly refurbished in 2025/26 with a grant from the   Logan City Council.

- plenty of room for camping, with access to power and a shower/toilet block.

Wide Bay Working Equitation Inc - Kilkivan

Wide Bay Working Equitation started on a private property at Lake MacDonald in 2017, and was initially called Noosa District Working Equitation. As the club grew, bigger grounds were necessary and so the group moved to its current home at Kilkivan Showgrounds and Equestrian Centre, utilising both the indoor and newly resurfaced campdraft arenas for its events. In 2023, the club’s name was changed to reflect the widening membership base that stemmed from running events at Kilkivan. WBWE organises training weekends, protocol days and cattle clinics as well as hosting an annual ANWE Qld Horse of the Year (HOTY) 3 phase competition. There are also a number of “Come & Try” sessions available during the year for prospective members. Contact the club via email or join our Facebook group for information and to see photos of our members having serious fun!
